SAFETY

It all begins at the top of our management team; every FMS superintendent has completed OSHA 30. Safety standards are clearly and concisely outlined for each job in any kind of work environment.

This vital planning and preparation is consistently reviewed and guidelines are regularly enforced with scheduled safety training. The first rule of safety is to “never walk past an unsafe act or condition.” Our goal is always zero accidents and this preemptive approach plays a critical role in avoiding unnecessary danger.

We are committed to providing the safest environment during any construction project, not only for our employees, but equally for our clients and their employees. In instances where we are working in an occupied environment, we have two major goals: to inform company personnel of our activities and to advise of any activities that may affect them throughout the day. We also strive to ensure our activities are as least disruptive as possible.
